Cancelations
 

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum
24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment.
 
  • If canceled within that time frame there will be a 50% service charge.
 
  • No shows and cancelations made within one hour of the service results in a 100% charge of the service booked.
 
  • Please note this applies to guests who change their service day of while at the salon.
 
  • Cancelations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot.
 
  • To ensure our cancelation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment.
