Cancelations:
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum
24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment.
If canceled within that time frame there will be a 50% service charge.
No shows and cancelations made within one hour
of the service results in a 100% charge of the service booked.
Please note this applies to guests who change their service day of while at the salon.
Cancelations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot.
To ensure our cancelation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment.
